Happy Birthday, TorontoVerve!!!

It's hard to believe it's been a year.

I can remember my first day with Dorothy on Queen Street West searching for fashionable people to shoot, and when we finally found someone, I was too shy and embarrassed to approach her.  Instead it was Dorothy who bit the bullet and asked.  To our delight, she agreed.  That was the start of what became a fantastic ride.

365 days later, we've photographed over 500 people, covered immeasurable miles around the city and made amazing friends.

So what can you expect from TorontoVerve in the new year?

A new and exciting feature called "Verve Shoot", which will be creative shoots that you haven't quite seen before on this blog.  Tune in tomorrow to get your first look.

In the meantime, we wish to express our sincere thanks to all of our loyal and new followers.  We look forward to another great year.

Danie at Lowe's Toronto Christmas Market

The Distillery was a buzz this weekend during the Lowe's Toronto Christmas Market - a European-inspired holiday marketplace showcasing food, handcrafts, carollers -- not to mention a ferris wheel.

Walking along the busy cobblestone, we encountered Danie who looked exquisite in her Sak's Fifth Avenue mink, Ralph Lauren Sweater and pants and Massimo Dutti boots.

The Christmas Market continues through to Sunday December 12th.
