Haseeb

Haseeb: "My style is relatively modern, but I like the old-school stuff. I try to blend them both together. As you can see I have the double-breasted suit on because I like the 70's retro look. Plus the suit is trim; hence, the modern style. I'm inspired by the Roger Sterling character from Mad Men because he wears fancier suits instead of your standard 2-button ones."

TorontoVerve: "What's the best advice you've ever received and from whom?"

Haseeb: "From my dad. He told me to be responsible."

TorontoVerve: "Are you taking your dad's advice?"

Haseeb: "I'm trying (laughs)."

Haseeb is the Assistant-Manager and Style-Consultant at Surmesur on Queen Street East. When it comes to recommending the perfect suit for his customers, he says "I work with need and want and try to compromise them both together."
